feet – sitting – both feet touch and rest on the floor, if you can’t do so because the chair is high, in a long period of time, it’s better to cushion up the floor;

feet – walking and standing – both require the whole body’s weight to distributed evenly from your outer to up and inner sole to the heel. NOT only your heel !

FINALLY, which ever action it is – sitting, walking around or standing – most of all parts of your body need to stay relax, no pain and you feel good 😉

Correct 1 by 1 if it’s not possible to do all at once, see if your stiff neck, aching shoulders, back pain and heel pain will ease?!
